Why Online Study?
I have trained hundreds of yoga teachers around the world, I remember scrubbing toilets at the first studio I trained at trying to earn the funds to fulfill my heart's desire to bring this practice I love into the world.
My programs can run upwards of $5,000 and I wanted to create a way for ANYONE to train with me.
I have operated in person teacher trainings for years and one of the pitfalls is remembrance. You simply cannot retain everything you learn. This program allows you to hit the pause button, to rewind, rewatch, and re-engage as often as you need to. You'll have ongoing access to Selena's virtual course after the completion of your life sessions and access to your live session recordings for 1 year.
I am committed to excellence in education and you get that in this program the same way you would in person with me.
Live classes, lectures, and practice teaching opportunities in a network of support for 6 months while you move through the program plus two 1:1 privates with Selena will set you up with a strong foundation to begin sharing the practice.
Upon completion of the program you'll have ongoing access to occasional alumni gatherings and live stream classes when available.
I believe yoga is for everyone.
And I've got you.
Come hang with us.

This is a dense course packed with information you won't get in any other 200 hour. It's all the material I wish I had received when I started my journey as a yoga instructor. You're not expected to get it all at once.
Here are some of the benefits to a self-paced, totally virtual training:

- Flexibility. Put on a video while you do other tasks! No need to sit in front of the computer while you learn.
- Affordability. Because it is structured this way we can give it to you at a more accessible price
- Minimal time off work to complete your training
- Take as long as you need to learn and practice with your friends
- Ongoing support! Lifetime access to occasional calls so you can get help once you start teaching!
- Pause, rewind, skip things when they're frustrating and come back later. It's YOUR learning.
You have your whole life to keep coming back and getting MORE from this course.
